I’m a dad of 2 and grandfather of 2, so I know how setting children up for success when they’re young can have a lasting positive impact. With the amount of screentime kids get, it’s not uncommon for them to become very disconnected. The truth is, spending just 5 minutes reading with your child at night can help you reconnect and forge an unbreakable bond.
A former Wall Street trader, I am a serial entrepreneur with a cheesecake recipe that once garnered marriage proposals (my beautiful wife Kelly didn’t think I should accept any of them). My greatest joy is reading my animated animal tales to elementary school kids and sharing A to Zoo with them. There is nothing better than seeing children get so excited about the characters and instinctively making kind and appropriate choices after hearing the stories.
